How to Place an Order
Bon Appétit catering is committed to presenting foods that appeal to both the palate and the eye. The freshest and finest ingredients are combined to produce a collection of entrees executed by our skilled and innovative chefs. Our salads and sandwiches range from the traditional to the exotic.
Creating that Bon Appétit special touch is the key to success of our catering efforts. Developing a trust level with our clients, knowing their nuances and delivering on our commitments, is an integral part of those efforts. Communication and caring on the part of our staff gains our customers’ respect, loyalty and business.
Within our catering brochure are the most popular menus to help make menu planning easy, but it is just the beginning. We will make every event magical by serving great food, at a fair price, by people who care.
Our catering staff is dedicated to making your event successful and enjoyable. Special menus, requests and custom catering options can always be arranged with our catering department.
Purchase options for carry-out and self pick-up are available as well, if you do not require service.
In order to maximize the value of catering service, RGA requests that all events of official, company business use the provided on site services for all food and beverage purchases.
Scheduling Your Order
We would appreciate 48 hours notice. However, last minute situations do occur and our catering staff will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice otherwise charged in full.
• Sheet cake orders require a 36-hour notice.
• Special Linens and Cloth Napkins are available with 7 working day advance notice and are charged at the market price
• Some special orders may require more notice as listed.

Overtime and Service Fees will be applied for after-hours events at the rate of 1.5 times the hourly rate per person with a minimum of $80.00(The
above is an
administrative charge for administration of the function, is not
purported to be a tip or gratuity and distributed as compensation to
the employees who provided service to the guests. The employees who
receive a portion of the distribution include servers,
cooks, dishwasher, bussers, Bartenders, and hourly Supervisors)
• Delivery Hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Catering prices are quoted with delivery, clean-up, utensils, plates and in-stock table coverings.
• Credit card payments must be finalized on site with the card charged at the time of service
• Department charges will be billed no later than the Friday following your event. We will send a billing notice upon creation of the invoice and it will appear in the RGA billing system within 72 hours. Please attend to this promptly to schedule payment prior to 14 days following receipt of invoice.
